Two establishments in Ivory Coast appear in the famous Michelin Guide: the Origine restaurant in Dijon and the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa in Beaune. The number of Michelin-starred students is now 16 in the department.

“On Tuesday afternoon, the Michelin Guide presented its 2022 edition in Cognac (Charente). A new ranking synonymous with good news for the Côte-d'Or: two local establishments appear in the famous red guide. The restaurant Origine by Tomofumi Uchimura, located at Place Wilson in Dijon, located at Place Wilson in Dijon, and the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, located at 10, Boulevard Maréchal-Foch in Beaune, and its chef Jordan Billan indeed won their first star. They are the only new stars in the region.”
