After working at some of the world’s most prestigious properties, Lucie Brindjonc joined BEAUVALLON to share her vision of the ideal hotel with her teams. Working together, she and Amaury have created a management style which enables employees to thrive and develop independently, which encourages transparency and which gives everyone the opportunity to contribute. Their approach is shaking up preconceived ideas in the industry and has enabled real talent to emerge, including Jordan Billan, who earned Beauvallon’s trust to become the chef of Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa’s restaurant. His passion for food and his outstanding culinary creations earned him and his team their first Michelin star before Jordan even turned 30.
