The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) is to define the terms and conditions under which Beauvallon Collection offers reservations for stays at its hotels, as well as all associated services.

Each adresses has its own identity while respecting the collection's standards of excellence and high quality.

All reservations imply full and complete acceptance of these GTC by the customer, which prevail over any other document, except for special conditions expressly agreed in writing. The customer acknowledges having read and understood the essential characteristics of the establishment, the services offered, and the applicable pricing conditions before confirming any reservation.

Beauvallon Collection reserves the right to adapt or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the reservation.
