At the dawn of its rebirth, Villa Florentine is also preparing to write a new gastronomic chapter. After a complete renovation, the institution will reopen its doors in April 2026, revealing a renewed ambition by the Beauvallon hotel group. In this context of transformation, the House today announced the appointment of Chef Henri Carlier as director of its entire gastronomic offer.
