Fine Dining Restaurant

La Table de la Villa Florentine

Perched on the heights of Lyon, La Table de la Villa Florentine sits along a ridge, straddling the city above and below, light and shadow, and interior and exterior. Beneath the glass roof, the view opens up to infinity. This unique, almost suspended setting becomes the canvas for Chef Henri Carlier, who crafts precise, seasonal, and sensitive cuisine where plant-based ingredients play an essential role. A dining experience at the crossroads of perspectives, as if on the threshold of a truly exceptional experience.

The fine dining restaurant is open to the public and welcomes guests for dinner Tuesday through Friday, from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM, and for lunch on Saturdays, from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM and for dinner from 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM.

Bistronomic Restaurant

Le Comptoir de la Villa Florentine

The bistronomic restaurant centers on a large, convivial counter seating eighteen—a true hub for meeting and mingling. Guests sit side by side as plates are passed around and conversations flow freely.

Le Comptoir offers a freer, more spontaneous take on Chef Henri Carlier’s cuisine: vibrant, sociable, and rooted in quality ingredients and the joy of the moment.

The à la carte menu blends French classics with Italian dishes—a fusion uniting two historically linked culinary traditions that resonate with the history of the Villa Florentine.

We welcome non-resident guests for lunch from Monday to Friday (12:00 PM to 1:30 PM) and for dinner from Thursday to Monday (7:00 PM to 9:30 PM).

The chef

Henri Carlier

Trained under Jean-Louis Nomicos, Arnaud Donckele, and Hugo Bourny at Lucas Carton, Chef Henri Carlier is part of a lineage of chefs in which tradition, precision, and attention to detail shape their high standards.

At Villa Florentine, he oversees the entire culinary experience. He champions a cuisine that is evolving, coherent, and emotional. Evolving, because he embraces his youth as a source of creative energy; coherent, because it is conceived in constant dialogue with producers and the seasons; and emotional, finally, because he seeks to evoke memories rather than mere spectacle.

Bar SPEAKEASY

Segreto bar

Segreto reveals itself to those in the know. A place apart, whispered from insider to insider, like a treasured address shared in hushed tones. Behind the bar, every movement is precise: meticulously crafted cocktails, reimagined classics, and inspired creations.

In a cozy atmosphere, aperitivo time takes on a special resonance. On sunny days, the terrace extends the experience, opening onto the panorama, like a discreet escape in the heart of the city.

- Open to the general public.

Live piano music every Thursday and Friday evening -

The Tea Room

Gourmet moments

At Villa Florentine Tea Room, pastry is the object of excellence: precision of gestures, richness of textures, accuracy of flavors.

Designed as a real counter, the place is inspired by old apothecaries.

- Open to external customers -
