At Hostellerie Cèdre, fine dining is a way of life. From the Michelin-starred restaurant inspired by the local terroir to the indulgent bistro, from the lounge bar where time stands still to the sacrosanct ritual of breakfast and endless opportunities to enjoy room service, one delicious experience follows another, resolutely inspired by a truly Epicurean approach.

FINE-DINING RESTAURANT
 
Clos du Cèdre

Originally built in 1876 as a winemaker’s house, the rooms boast period wood paneling and parquet flooring, reflecting the grandeur of the region’s historic homes. On sunny days, the terrace boasts views of the shady grounds, providing a natural setting in which to savor the moment. Imbued with warmth, the surroundings encourage long, lingering meals.

The Michelin-starred restaurant champions seasonal cuisine which is deeply rooted in Burgundy and showcases local producers. Featuring elegant flavors, chef Jordan Billan’s distinctive cuisine is perfectly complemented by a remarkable wine list which includes more than 1000 references, reflecting centuries of expert wine-making in Burgundy.

The fine-dining restaurant Clos du Cèdre, which is open to the public, welcomes diners for lunch from midday to 1.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday and for dinner from 7 pm to 9.30 pm from Wednesday to Sunday.

Table Gourmande

Relaxed dishes have been created to spark joy here.

Working alongside his sous-chef Brian Duquenoy, Jordan Billan’s cuisine boasts rich, expressive flavors and is served in an enticing setting which encourages diners to stay a little longer, whether seated in the dining room or out on the terrace.

Table Gourmande is open to the public, welcomes diners from 7 pm to 9.30 pm from Friday to Tuesday.

Jordan Billan sees food primarily as a shared source of pleasure.

Born in Lyon to a family of hoteliers and restaurateurs, his childhood inspires his dynamic cuisine, centered around the joys of shared experiences and culinary heritage.

As a traditionalist at heart, he changes his menu with the seasons, adding his own personal and creative touch, convinced that an awareness of the past is the key to what lies ahead.

Bar LOUNGE
 
The Library

No matter what time it is, The Library is the perfect place to take a break.

Boasting leather armchairs and soft lighting, the intimate and inviting The Library lounge bar is ideal for relaxed afternoons and evening tête-à-têtes. In winter, a fireplace is the perfect focal point, during the spring and summer months, the terrace near the fountain offers a different setting. The drinks list features a range of wines, Champagnes, exclusive spirits and cocktails, designed to spark curiosity and delight the senses.

Open to the public every day from 11 am to 2 am, the bar captures Hostellerie Cèdre’s essence which lends itself to moments you choose to make your own.

BREAKFAST
 
In the beginning…

Breakfast consisting of orange juice, peeled mandarin, boiled egg with toast, yogurt with granola and seeds, bread with pickles, ham and cheese, and two pastries.

At Hostellerie Cèdre, breakfast is a ritual. Whether enjoyed in the breakfast dining room or out on the terrace by the fountain, the buffet showcases regional ingredients and expertise, beginning with the bread and pastries which are freshly baked every day by the baker Mathieu Bouchard. It also features fresh and dried fruit, homemade jams, eggs, local cheese and charcuterie, freshly squeezed fruit juices, coffees, teas and herbal teas. It’s a truly singular moment.

Served every day from 7 am to 11 am.

Breakfast is also open to the public.

Tea TIME

Freshly baked brioche, delicate sandwiches with refined flavors, tartlets, and seasonal fruit treats, all these delicacies, created by our Pastry Chef, Ivona Geiger, are waiting just for you.
