Restaurants & bar

Round table with white tablecloth near a window, set for a meal with a glass of red wine, a dish with meat and vegetables, cutlery and small accessories.

At Hostellerie Briqueterie, food and drink are to be enjoyed as the mood takes you.

From a fine-dining restaurant to a relaxed bistro and a bar for moments you choose to make your own, from the sacrosanct ritual of breakfast to the timely indulgence of room service, the culinary arts are an integral part of every moment of the day, enjoyed in a relaxed, thoughtful and deeply hedonistic way.

FINE-DINING RESTAURANT

Alcôve
Red stylized flower with five petals and detailed internal symmetrical patterns.

Bathed in light and opening onto the garden, Alcôve, which earned a Michelin star in March 2026, showcases Chef Nawal Rezagui’s cuisine, inspired by her travels and attuned to the seasons. The ingredients shine through with precision, and herbs from the garden add just the right touch of freshness. As the dishes arrive, the table comes alive; aromas precede the serving, and the flavors tell the story of a world far away, nourished by the Champagne terroir.

The fine-dining restaurant Alcôve, which is open to the public, welcomes for dinner from 7 pm to 9 pm from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunch from midday to 1.30 pm on Sunday.

Elegant attire appropriate for the establishment’s setting is required in all of our restaurants and other dining venues.

Restaurant

Bistrot

Our Bistrot serves indulgent cuisine in an inevitably relaxed, convivial setting. Seasonal fare is prepared for lunch and dinner, enjoyed in the dining room or on the terrace. Dishes are served, sparking lively conversations and the gentle clinking of glasses. In these vibrant surroundings, it’s the pleasure of being together which reigns supreme, as the minutes and hours slip away.

Open to the public for lunch from 12 pm to 1.30 pm from Monday to Friday and for dinner from 7 pm to 9.30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and from Friday to Sunday.

THE CHEF

Nawal Rezagui

Born in Morocco, chef Nawal Rezagui grew up amid the scents and rituals of home cooking.

Over the course of her career, which took her from Marseille to Germany and then to several leading French restaurants, she has developed a subtle and cosmopolitan style of cooking, inspired as much by emotion as by flavor.

She champions a calm and caring approach in the kitchen, driven by a firm belief that the connection between the people behind the dishes is reflected in every bite.

Bar

Assemblage

No matter what time it is, Hostellerie Briqueterie’s lounge bar welcomes its guests, freeing them from the tyrannical grip of timekeeping. By the fireplace or on the terrace, conversations flow alongside carefully crafted cocktails and a sophisticated list of Champagnes, featuring renowned Champagne's Maisons and independent wine makers.

Open to the public, the bar captures Hostellerie Briqueterie’s essence in an intimate setting which lends itself to moments you choose to make your own.

Whether enjoyed indoors or on the terrace, a generous buffet sets the tone for a peaceful start to the day: warm bread and pastries, freshly prepared sweet treats and carefully chosen savory delicacies.

Breakfast is open to the public and is served from 7 am to 10.30 am from Monday to Friday and from 7 am to 11 am on Saturday and Sunday.
