Admission requirements
- Being able to take part in the entertaining and teaching activities and to live in a group.
- Have a passport, a certificate of citizenship or a Canadian visa (if necessary).
- The visitors from outside Quebec must provide themselves with an insurance in the event of a sickness or hospitalization.
- Quebec residents must have their Quebec medical insurance card.
- The persons in charge of the group must provide, 2 weeks before arriving at camp, a complete list of all participants (age, specifics, allergies, etc.) or a registration form with photo.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke on the camp site as well as during outings. Make-up or jewellery is not recommended. Prohibited items will be confiscated and returned to parents at the beginning or end of the stay.
- Participants may have: spending money ($50 to $100 for outings: this money is kept under lock and key by management), cameras, writing paper, crayons and pre-stamped envelopes or stamps. The camp is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Health - Safety
- The camp is accredited by the Association des Camps du Quebec and of Canada, the Tourism Ministry and is in regulation with all the government requirements.
- Beauvallon is a non-smoking camp
- First aid on the spot by accredited monitors
- 15 km of the medical clinics
Conveniences
- Possible shuttle for the Airport, the Train Station as well as the Bus Station (reservation required and additional costs)
